Oli&Us
This is where The Z Thread began; in the quiet, sacred moments after my daughter, Olivia was born - a time when my hands needed to create as much as my heart needed to heal.
What started as soothing stitches during naptimes grew into a little side-hustle called Oli&Us, where I crafted custom crochet dolls and handmade gifts for others. Though I eventually stepped back from commissions to focus on full-time work and family life, crochet remained my creative lifeline - a mindfulness practice, a form of self-expression, and a way to find joy in the making.
Now, The Z Thread has evolved into something new: a gentle, joyful space to share patterns, creative resources, and meaningful handmade creations on a smaller, more intentional scale. This time it's about process, patience, and the quiet satisfaction of finishing something made entirely with love. On our Ko-Fi store you'll find crochet resources, patterns, and, shortly, a small selection of ready-made crochet creations, along with limited spaces to secure a custom make.
